Greetings and Salutations! My name is Magni, but my friends call me Mags, or Sprout! I’m a disabled 22 y/o trans man who loves to create, specializing in the whimsical, mystical, and mythical. I’m a bit scatterbrained, so I tend to be a little all over the place with what I create— You never know what I’ll make next!I’ve done art as my sole source of income my whole life, and always dreamed of opening a shop like this. Going through the disability process has been grueling, and fantasy art has always been my escape from stressors in my life such as health issues and emergencies. Well, art, and my adorable pitbull, Lola.Working a typical job is hard for me, as I walk with crutches due to a combination of health issues that have made me much weaker than I used to be. Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Hashimoto’s Disease are three that have majorly impacted my life since the start of highschool, and caused me to be homeschooled despite my twin brother still attending public school. I wasn’t able to work throughout adolescence despite applying everywhere around me that was accepting, which wasn’t many places seeing as I kiiinda live in the middle of nowhere. Still, it’s hard to find work when your physical abilities prevent you from doing the work required of most retail and food service jobs.Supporting this little shop of mine means more to me than anyone could ever imagine— You’re not just contributing to a dream I had, you’re helping me keep a roof over mine (and Lola’s) heads in a way that feels too good to be true. I want to share the things I create with others— and I hope having a little piece of my work, be it a sticker or a charm, is seen as a thank-you from me to you whenever you look at it.Thanks again for taking the time to read this, and stay weird! It makes the world more interesting <3
